Australia Bay Seafoods has engineered its operations processes to deliver the highest quality seafood in the freshest condition. While some of our vessels produce fresh fish for local and international markets, others produce "frozen-on-board", sea-processed products for immediate export.

Commercial fishing has become ever moHauling the catch aboardre professional in recent years. Understandably, governments and industry regulators have been keen to improve both the quality and reliability of all produce going into the food chain - especially for human consumption.

Australia Bay fully complies with the strict quality regime imposed by industry regulators, so we are accredited to the HACCP standard by AQIS. But then we go even further! We continuously improve our own processes at every opportunity. We contribute to the whole industry by funding and supporting academic research with several scientific marine studies being conducted from on board our vessels.
